poor service long wait
The family room included two bunk-beds and this was very popular with the children I traveled with The separated toilet and shower was very practical.
Customer service was not good I waited for my room and was told it would be on level 6 facing away from the train tracks I did not get that room I waited an additional 30 minutes beyond the stated check-in time. The staff member could not provide an estimated time. I had two young children with me so I had to accept whatever room was available.

shared kitchen own food delicious breakfast
The shared kitchen had all necessary facilities. Many hotel guests used it frequently. Common areas allowed guests to bring their own food, I found that nice. The breakfast was delicious.
The hotel room lacked air conditioning. I found that quite a bit uncomfortable.

FABULOUS Stay! Was so nice!
delicious breakfast communal kitchen easy access
The breakfast buffet was REALLY delicious with a 10/10 coffee and cappuccino machine. The communal kitchen had everything I needed! I appreciated the communal kitchen and dining area. It was SUPER easy to get into the city center.
The amenities are somewhat low. The rooms lack temperature control and phones. I needed to go downstairs for everything.

The communication before arrival was very effective via email. Check-in was quick and straightforward. The staff were friendly and cute. Free wifi access worked well .
The bed was a bit too soft for my liking but it was still acceptable.

chemical smell unidentified hair
The staff were friendly. The room was clean.
The towels emitted a strong chemical smell. I discovered strands of hair that were not mine on the bedding. I consider this unacceptable.
